George Malvaney | Principal, Managing Partner
A seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the environmental industry including 10 years as a regulator with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality. Mr. Malvaney possesses a strong regulatory background with knowledge of federal programs including RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, OSHA, Clean Water Act and OPA 90. He is experienced in all aspects of hazardous materials management and oil spill cleanup including on-scene incident management. Mr. Malvaney has led response and remediation efforts across industrial categories including transportation incidents involving rail, truck, pipeline, marine and aircraft scenarios, directing waste site investigations and air monitoring. Focused on strategic counsel to lead response efforts, Mr. Malvaney has led many high-profile responses across the United States. During the Deepwater Horizon response, Mr. Malvaney served in a key role as manager of operations in Mississippi. In this role, he worked closely with BP officials, Governor Barbour and local and state governmental agencies and entities.

Tim Parkman | Principal, CEO
Mr. Tim Parkman serves as the company CEO and has 20 years in experience in the Environmental Industry including debris disposal, and waste transport. As owner of American Disposal Services and Faircloth Landfill and former board member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), MS Chapter, Mr.Parkman has extensive ties to the local business community and the environmental industry.

J.T. Newman | President
Mr. Newman has 20 years of experience in the Environmental Response Industry and has worked on numerous projects over his career including hurricane responses, train derailments, hazardous waste facility fires, tank battery demolitions, oil spills both on land and water, and numerous responses to petroleum releases, orphaned containers, leaking containers, and material transfers for both private entities and government agencies. Mr. Newman has a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and extensive experience in RCRA, OSHA, and many other governmental regulations.

Glen Thompson | Chief Operating Officer/Vice President
Mr. Glen Thompson has over 30 years of experience in the Environmental Industry, specializing in hazardous material emergency response, industrial services, large scale remediation projects, demolition projects and oil spills. His experience includes all levels of work ranging from Technician to Division Manager. Mr. Thompson has managed many incidents over land and water including chemical spills, oil spills, train derailments, highway incidents, chemical fires and natural disasters. While on these incidents he has worked closely with local, state and government agencies. Project duties include working within the Incident Command System, managing personnel and equipment for cleanup operations, air monitoring to determine the hazards of the site, sampling, decontamination and disposal of waste.

Justin Yohn | Corporate Health and Safety Manager
Mr. Yohn has 15 years of experience in environmental emergency response services and planned action projects. In addition to serving as a safety officer on large-scale projects including the Deepwater Horizon Incident and a large train derailment with tank cars spilling 11,000 gallons of crude oil into wetlands, he’s also led a highly pathogenic avian influenza project in Iowa involving the depopulating and decontamination of the impacted area. He’s served as Safety Officer and provided evacuation oversight related to a large volume jet fuel release. Most recently, Mr. Yohn has been assisting with response linked to flooding in Baton Rouge and hurricane Harvey.

Don Warren | Director of Emergency Response
Mr. Warren has over 30 years of experience in the Environmental Industry, specializing in hazardous material emergency response, industrial services, remediation, and industrial firefighting. A veteran of the industry, his experience includes all levels of work ranging from Technician to Regional Manager over multiple offices. Mr. Warren has managed many incidents over land and water including large oil spills, chemical spills, highway incidents, train derailments, chemical fires, and natural disasters. While on these incidents he worked closely with client management, spill management personnel, and with local, State, and Government agencies. Project duties include working within the Incident Command System, managing personnel and equipment for cleanup operations, air monitoring to determine the hazards of the site, ensuring protocol for a safe work environment, sampling, decontamination and disposal of waste.

Herman Newell | Vice President of Hazardous Materials Operations
Mr. Newell has 40 years of experience in all aspects of hazardous materials management and oil spill cleanup, including On Scene Incident Command. He has directed cleanup operations for hundreds of incidents, including train derailments, transportation accidents, and fixed-facility releases. Mr. Newell has served as a railroad-commissioned Risk Manager and Special Agent/Manager for Hazardous Materials, and he has been involved in the on-scene incident management during numerous train derailments and the ensuing cleanup efforts. He is experienced in product transfer techniques, leak source mitigation, container damage assessment and personnel supervision, as well as compliance with with local, state and federal regulatory agencies.

Justin Plant | Vice President of Operations
Mr. Plant possesses over 20 years of experience in hazardous material mitigation and oil spill cleanup, including on-scene incident management and hazardous site remediation. He has managed responses to numerous incidents including fixed facilities, highway, railroad, marine spills. In his time at E3 Environmental, Mr. Plant has also managed international emergency response including environmental disasters. Mr. Plant obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of West Alabama, possesses a plethora of credentials from various Federal and State agencies, including, but not limited to, USEPA, OSHA, FEMA, DOT, MSEPA and possesses a vast knowledge of techniques for project management in areas such as environmental remediation projects, including solidification, excavation, and disposal operations. Mr. Plant is skilled in all areas of incident management. As Vice President of Operations Mr. Plant oversees and provides direction and support to all Operations within E3 Environmental’ s vast footprint.

Jason Suggs | Vice President of Large Projects
With over thirty years of experience in emergency response, planned action projects and fire protection industries, Mr. Suggs is skilled in large-scale project management, specialized firefighting techniques, and the effective management of health and safety within commercial and industrial settings. He’s managed hundreds of projects, including planned industrial cleaning, site remediation, oil spill cleanup, hazardous material response, industrial firefighting and disaster response. Mr. Suggs serves as Vice President of Large Projects for E3 Environmental. He works closely with teams responding to Large incidents to ensure safe and effective mitigation of those varying projects.
